The Caldron Falls Bar & Grill Location
The Caldron Falls Bar & Grill is located about 60 miles NNW of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The closest town is Crivitz, WI, and we are about 12 miles away.
Other nearby towns include Athelstane, WI and Wausaukee, WI to the east, Silver Cliff, WI to the north, Lakewood, WI to the west, and Crooked Lake, WI to the south.
We are located very close to the Tommy G Thompson State Park ( Camping, Beach), and are surrounded by the Peshtigo River State Forest (Beaches, Forests). Marinette County’s Veteran’s Park (Camping) and Twin Bridge Park (Camping, Beach) are a short distance away.
Our location also puts us right in between the beautiful Caldron Falls Flowage and High Falls Flowage in Marinette County. These nearly wild flowages are spectacular with almost no development other than the boat landings and beaches. There are over 10,000 acres of public land for you to enjoy.
In winter we are in the heart of the Iron Snowshoe Snowmobile Trail System, so you can easily get here from surrounding areas by snowmobile.
The Town of Stephenson allows ATV access on Parkway Rd so you can ride your ATV or UTV to the Caldron Falls Bar in the summer as well.. There is an old fashioned general store less than two miles away so fuel and supplies are right down the road.
While we have a Crivitz address, we are considered to be in the Twin Bridge, WI area. It is well known for its numerous resorts, bars, and beautiful outdoors. it is a top recreation destination in northern Wisconsin.
One only needs to venture about 10 miles north of the Caldron Falls Bar & Grill and you will find the Marinnette County Forest. Marinette County owns over 200,000 acres of forest land that you can use to hunt, fish, camp, snowmobile, and ride ATVs.
But wait, it gets better.. Marinette County has more Class A trout streams than any other place in Wisconsin. Many of these beautiful rivers and streams are in or near the County Forest.
.. And better! Those same rivers and streams feature some spectacular waterfalls, and Marinette County has made parks out of 7 of them, and obtained access to 14 of them! The waterfall in the fourth picture is over 50 feet high! They vary in access, and features, but every one is worth the trip. The county has an official waterfall tour set up complete with signs. Here is a link with more information.
As you can see the Caldron Falls Bar & Grill is located in a truly spectacular area of Northern Wisconsin. We hope to see you soon!
